We offer a transparent flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders within the United States. This includes full insurance for your jewelry during transit.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our total delivery timeline is generally 3 to 8 business days. This consists of:

• Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days (Mon-Fri).
• Transit Time: 2 – 6 business days (Mon-Fri).

Which carriers do you use?

To ensure maximum security for our wedding rings and pearls, we utilize USPS, UPS, and FedEx. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Our cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time or over the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and include all original packaging.

No. Doyourselfafav does not charge restocking fees. We believe in a risk-free shopping experience for our customers.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return at our Connecticut facility, we process refunds within 7 days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method.

Are your pearls authentic?

Yes. Our Pearl Necklaces and Pearl Drop Earrings feature high-quality pearls selected for their luster and surface quality. Every piece is inspected by our quality control team before shipping.

How should I care for my pearl jewelry?

Pearls are organic gemstones. We recommend putting them on after applying makeup and perfume, and wiping them with a soft, lint-free cloth after each wear to maintain their natural shine.

Do you offer ring resizing?

Currently, we sell Wedding Rings in standard sizes. We recommend having your finger professionally measured before ordering. If a ring does not fit, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund and place a new order for the correct size.
