5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

• Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please document the condition of the box and the item with photographs and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Missing Packages: If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please check with neighbors or your building management first.
